3755022 - The Explanation of F Role in Goal Management

Symptom

  • This article clarifies functionality of F role in Goal Management

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Resolution

The F Role in the Goal Plan refers to the Form Reviewer role. In this context, access to goals is restricted exclusively through the associated Performance Form.

This means that users who do not have a direct relationship with the goal owner can still view the goals, provided they have access to the corresponding Performance Form.

The Performance Form can be accessed through the following areas:

  1. Performance Form Inbox
  2. Detailed Document Search (for users with administrator access)

Therefore, any user with access to the Performance Form through the above channels will also be able to view the associated goals.
