3755076 - Error: Failed to query schemas. Read timed out when connecting Databricks via CamelJdbcAdapter - SDI

Symptom

  • Unable to connect Databricks via CamelJdbcAdapter remote source.
  • The framework.trc contains the following error.
    •  [ERROR] JdbcMetadataBrowser | ExceptionUtil.newAdapterException [] - Failed to query schemas. java.sql.SQLException: [Databricks][JDBCDriver](500593) Communication link failure. Failed to connect to server. Reason: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out (local port <port> to address <IP address>, remote port <port> to address <IP address>).
  • Ping and telnet connection tests from DP agent to Databricks are working fine.
