3755112 - Long-Term Supplier's Declaration numbers are not in sequential order

The numbering sequence for Long-Term Supplier's Declarations is not sequential when created via the Trade Preference Fiori apps (for example: Manage Long-Term Supplier's Declarations – Outbound (App ID: F4718)).

The expectation is that when the last LTSD to be created is 101, the next created LTSD will be assigned the number 102 and so on.
