3755144 - Forbidden Error Seen When Opening a Joule Skill Project With the SAP Build Process Automation Tenant

Symptom

  • When opening a project from the lobby, the message “Unable to load data contact your administrator” appears.
  • Browser console shows 403 Forbidden on GET to /api/internal/irpa/profile/v1/profile.
  • The Build Process Automation role collections and the extensibility_developer role have already been assigned to the user as per Assign Users to Roles
