3755146 - Not Able to Download The Report in XML or CSV

Symptom

When downloading a report in CSV or report in XML you will get an error as 'you do not have access to run the report XYZ'

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign
SAP C4C

Reproducing the Issue

1)Go to business analytics

2)Go to design report

3)Open any custom report

4)Execute the report and click on download and select download in xml or CSV it will throw an error

Cause

The report is not assigned to any business role

Resolution

Assign the report to any workcenter and assign the report to required business roles and then try to download the report then it will work.
