3755177 - Position and organization card shows error when job information card is disabled

Symptom

If in configure the latest people profile, you disable the job information card, position and organization card will display an error.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to configure the latest people profile.
  2. Disable the job information card.
  3. Navigate to Position and organization card, note the error: Unable to load data. Check your internet connection. And if that's not it, try reloading. If that still doesn't help, check with your administrator.
