Symptom

The APM “Upcoming class reminder email notification” sends an automated reminder that does not include a link to the enrolled item or class.

Reproducing the Issue

Resolution

  • The Upcoming Class Reminder APM uses the ApmInstanceDelivery notification template, which has no token to include the item or class URL by design.
  • The APM cannot be limited to, or disabled for, a single item or class; Disabling the APM stops reminders for all classes.
  • If including an item/class link in this APM or scoping it per item/class is required, submit an enhancement request through the official Influence channel.
