"Add Language" does not work in PM forms to add translations if they have a msgkey configured after 1H2026

1. Go to Manage Templates.
2. Open the performance form template.
3. Open Edit Fields and Sections.
4. Choose the section (for example, Improvement Plan Review).
5. Click Show advanced options.
6. Open the Custom Element(s) configuration and click to modify.
7. Click Add More.
8. Ensure an Element Key (msgkey) is configured for the field.
9. Click Add Language and observe that no pop-up appears and no language can be added.
   

The issue occurs when a msgkey (Element Key) is added to the field.

A permanent fix is planned for the 2611 release.

WORKAROUND

1. In Manage Templates, open the affected performance form template.
2. Navigate to the custom element that has the msgkey (Element Key).
3. Enter a value on the main page for this custom element name.
   
4. Save the template.
5. Reopen the Add Language pop-up for the same element; the pop-up should now appear and allow adding translations.
