Symptom
- While opening a Datasphere analytical model report via Excel – SAP Analytic Cloud Addin, we get the warning “With 1 989 108 cells, your result set is large. There is a risk of re-starting the add-in if the memory consumption is too high. We recommend reducing the result set by introducing filters, for example.”
- Despite of the “High-Volume Mode” option activated, basically according to the blog “https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-blog-posts-by-sap/sap-analytics-cloud-add-in-for-microsoft-excel-new-high-volume-mode/ba-p/14283714”, it mentions that in order to support larger datasets, SAC add-in overrides this value in high-volume mode with the absolute maximum of 10 million cells , and KBA “3395691 Error message "The data can't be displayed because too many records are returned" in SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office” which states 10.000.000 frontend data cells in the high-volume mode)
- Why do we get the warning while the number of 1 989 108 cells in result set is less than 10 million cells with "High-Volume Mode" activated ?
