3755349 - Creating Dependents via Mobile Browser - Add button not available until after closing details section for dependent

When Adding a new dependent through a mobile browser, if the user has existing dependents maintained they must first click 'View All'. This opens the latest editing UI and the list of dependents is shown for a few seconds. After a few seconds the drilldown panel loads in and the mobile screen will then only be displaying the details for the top dependent.

The user must then click the three dots (...) at the top-right of the screen and select the 'X' option to close the drilldown panel and the list of dependents maintained for the user are shown again. The user can then click the 'Add' button above the dependents in order to create a new dependent for the user.
