3755357 - Only one cycle is possible when importing multiple cycles - Enhance Pace

• Preparing the introduction of Enhance Pace while continuing an existing Innovate Pace cycle
• Need to import transports/documents from two cycles together using Release Batch Import (RBI) by providing both cycle IDs in a single run
• When the Related Check Framework is active, RBI shows the error: "Only one cycle is possible by active Related Check Framework option. Use legacy DGP option for more than one cycle."
