3755412 - "Skills and Attributes" toggle greyed out in Enhanced People Search

• Issue with enabling opt-in feature: Skill-Based Search available in Enhanced People Search.
• “Skill and Attribute” option under Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Enable Enhanced People Search is greyed out. Applicable whether checked or unchecked.
• In Org Chart > Directory Search, the Skills and Attributes section/filters aren’t visible.
• Pre-requisites (Solr People Search and Enhanced People Search) are already enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Go to Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings.
2. Open Enhanced People Search and choose More Settings.
3. Observe that the “Skills and Attributes” setting is greyed out and can’t be enabled. Customer already confirmed that Growth Portfolio is enabled in their instance.
4. Go to Org Chart > Directory Search.
5. Observe that the Skills and Attributes section is not displayed.

Missing Growth Portfolio feature flag (Feature Enum 1154) from the backend required by Enhanced People Search to enable Skills and Attributes validation.

If all the requirements are satisfied per guide Skill-Based Search Available in Enhanced People Search and the issue persist, please create a case under LOD-SF-PLT-SRH. The engineering team will have to enable the feature from the backend to fix this.
