3755457 - Skill Deletion, Retention Period, and Capacity Limits in Skills Governance - Manage Talent Intelligence Hub

• In Manage Talent Intelligence Hub > Skills Governance, there is no visible option to delete skills.
• Unwanted skills are not confirmed to be automatically removed after a certain period.
• No clear limit is defined for the number of skills that can be displayed or stored.
   

   
   

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub and open Skills Governance.
2. Select a skill and look for a Delete option on the page.
3. Observe that only actions like Publish are available; a Delete action is not present.

Current product design: Deletion of skills from the Skills Governance page is not available yet.

• Note that deleting skills directly from the Skills Governance page is not currently supported.
• The skills will remain on the Skills Governance page and are not automatically removed after a certain period. Future plans include introducing delete and purging functionality.
• There is no limit on the number of skills that can be displayed or stored in Skills Governance.
• To manage skills in the interim:
  1. Standardize skills in the Imported tab to move them into the Attributes Library.
  2. Use Publish on skills in the Inferred tab to move them into the Attributes Library.
