3755471 - Old logo still shows on the latest banner image for Mobile

Symptom

On the web browser, the latest banner image is showing correctly but on mobile, old logo still shows.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Mobile app
  2. Notice that the logo from Web browser and Native mobile app is different

Cause

Mobile logo is not updated via Enable Mobile Features

Resolution

Please upload the same image by following the steps below:

  1. Login to SuccessFactors via Web browser
  2. Go to Admin center
  3. Go to Enable Mobile features
  4. Go to Mobile Themes
  5. Click on Edit Theme on the actively selected theme
  6. Upload the new mobile logo under Upload logos section
