3755480 - Skill-Based Search Available in Enhanced People Search not available

• Skill-Based Search is not visible in Directory Search (Enhanced People Search).
• Growth Portfolio is enabled and activated in Company Settings.
• Enhanced People Search is active and the required permissions are granted.
• Despite correct configuration, the skill section does not appear in Directory Search.

1. Open Enhanced People Search (Directory Search).
2. Observe that the skill-based search section or toggles are not displayed.

Known issue where the feature enum for Skill-Based Search can be missing even when Growth Portfolio and Enhanced People Search are enabled.

This will be fixed at the end of June.

As workaround, proceed with the following steps:

1. In Talent Intelligence Hub, go to Settings > Manage Growth Portfolio Visibility.
2. Select Disable.
3. Wait approximately 1 minute.
4. Return to Manage Growth Portfolio Visibility and select Enable to reactivate Growth Portfolio. This action re-inserts the missing feature enum.
5. Perform steps during non-business hours, as disabling Growth Portfolio temporarily prevents other module data from being included.
