3755501 - Hide this column on the Profile/Form Supported for Standard Fields

In SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, the options:

"Hide this column on the Profile"
"Hide this column on the Form"

may not be available in the Design Worksheet UI for most standard columns.

The feature appears available only for custom columns, while some standard fields, it may also display these options.

The behavior is currently expected.

Engineering confirmed that the feature is supported for standard fields through XML configuration, even if the options are not available in the Design Worksheet UI for all standard columns.

Currently:

• Not all standard fields expose the options "Hide this column on the Profile" and "Hide this column on the Form" through the UI.
• UI support may vary depending on the internal implementation of the standard field.

Configuring the XML attribute directly works as expected for supported standard fields.

Example:

After setting:

hideInProfile="true"

the standard field was successfully hidden from the Compensation Profile.

This behavior is currently supported.
