SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Users are not able to search for courses by Category after the 1H 2026 upgrade when the category includes a comma.
While checking the network traces logs, the log show the error:
- code": "InternalError","message": "Error in expression: '[Comma test]"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning 1H 2026
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a category such as "Comma test, Comma"
- Associate it to an item
- Go to Learning User > Browse Library > Browse by Category > select "Comma test, Comma"
- Search page results with "Unable to load data"
