3755525 - Web Dynpro ABAP applications fail to open in B2B Fiori Client with 500 internal server error - This browser is not supported (Message E WEBDYNPRO_RT 015)

Symptom

  • When launching Web Dynpro apps from the B2B Fiori Client app on an iPad, 500 Internal Server Error - This browser is not supported (Message E WEBDYNPRO_RT 015) error occurs.
  • Other app types (for example, Fiori apps and transactions) open in the B2B Fiori Client, but Web Dynpro applications do not work.
  • The same Web Dynpro apps open successfully in the Safari browser on the same device.
