  • Database upgrade from 12c to 19c using DBUA fails.
  • Error: SP2-0310: unable to open file "?/rdbms/admin/backport_files/bug_32898221_apply.sql".
  • Failure occurs while running rdbms_postapply.sql; catctl reports an error during the upgrade.
