3755619 - Manage Automatic Payments app does not support optional creation of payment medium

In the Manage Automatic Payments app, the system automatically generates the payment medium with every execution. There is no option to skip the output creation for specific runs, preventing users from performing posting-only transactions.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Automatic Payments app (F0770).
2. Schedule or start an automatic payment run.
3. Observe that there is no option to enable/disable creation of payment media, and payment media are created automatically after the run.

This is not supported; automatic payment runs always generate payment media by design.

1. Note that automatic payment runs in the system always create payment media.
2. If a payment media file is not required for a specific process, use the manual clearing process instead of automatic payments. Refer to: Clear Outgoing Payments.
3. Do not submit a feature request for this behavior; it is part of the current design and cannot be changed via influence.
