3755628 - Country-Specific fields are missing for Future-Dated Hires in Latest People Profile - 1H 2026

In Latest People Profile, the country-specific fields configured under Employment Information are not visible for Future Dated Hire. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employment Information

1. Navigate to any Future Dated Hire.
2. Go to Job Data --> Employment Details.
3. The country-specific fields are not visible in View UI as well as in Edit UI.
4. Compare the same with any active/terminated user, the country-specific fields are correctly visible.
5. Verify this in Legacy People Profile for Future Dated Hire, the country-specific fields are correctly visible.

The Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and a fix has been planned for Patch P8.

The patch is scheduled on the following dates:

• Preview: 9th June 2026
• Production: 11th June 2026
