  • Supplier user cannot see any complaints in SAP CMH application despite having supplier role assigned at SAP BTP subaccount level.
  • User can successfully authenticate and access the application but complaint list appears empty.
  • No complaints visible even when using complaint number filter or search functionality.
  • No error messages displayed during login or navigation to complaint list.
