3755834 - "404 - Page Not Found" Error When Launching Catalog in SRM

Symptom

After implementing the SAP Note 3638716 - [CVE-2026-0513] Open Redirect Vulnerability in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SICF Handler in SRM Catalog) the system returns the error "404 - Page Not Found" when attempting to launch the catalog.

  1. This issue can occur even though the SAPSRM_CTLG_LIST table is maintained.
  2. The problem may be specific to individual users. 
  3. The problem may only occur if Buy on Behalf scenario is used.
