3755840 - "Course Not Complete" failure message appears after successful course completion in SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • Users receive a “course not complete” failure message pop-up after successfully completing the course content. 
  • Despite the error, course completion is recorded in Learning History. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning b2605

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors System.
  2. Access the Learning module. 
  3. Search for and start the course. 
  4. Complete the course with a passing percentage. 
  5.  The error message pop-up appears, stating: "Course Not Complete. XXXX course is now part of your learning history with the status of complete."

Resolution

The learning engineering team is currently investigating this issue. We will update this KBA as soon as we have more information.
