3755848 - Hire/Recruit Status "To Be Hired/Recruited" and "Not Started" - Onboarding

Symptom

In the Onboarding Dashboard, the Hire/Recruit Status of an onboardee is displayed as "To Be Hired"/"To Be Recruited". When checking the same process record in Manage Data > Process, the Hire/Recruit Status appears as "Not Started".
