3755855 - Freight Unit Stuck in Permanent Planning Block Due to Inconsistent Stage Structure After Manual Stage Deletion in STO outbound delivery

A Freight Unit becomes permanently planning-blocked after a manual modification of the stage structure during troubleshooting or data correction activities. In particular, deletion or removal of an intermediate route stage leads to an inconsistent or incomplete stage sequence within the Freight Unit’s transportation plan. because of this the following issues occur:

• The Freight Unit is set to a permanent Planning Block
• The routing / stage structure is considered inconsistent or “broken”
• Route determination fails or cannot be re-executed successfully
• Manual correction of the stage sequence is restricted or not possible
• The system does not allow re-insertion of missing stages due to structural validation checks
• The Freight Unit cannot proceed in standard planning or execution processes
