- Request for automatic Depersonalization/Deletion of Contacts

- Deletion of Contacts

1. Go to Customer Work Center
2. Go to Contacts Work Center View
3. Select Any Contact
4. Click on MORE you don't see delete button
5. You select any Contact
6. Click on the Actions Button

NOTE-> You can see BLOCK or OBSOLETE option but not to Delete/Depersonalize

Only person with the access of the following work center(Data Protection And Privacy) can delete contacts

1. Go to Data Protection and Privacy Work Center(If you have access)
2. Go to Personal Data Removal Work Center View
3. Select All Contacts
4. Select any Contact that you want to Delete.
5. Click on Remove Data
6. Click on Delete 
7. This will Delete the Contact 

NOTE> Mass Deletion of the Contacts is not possible.
