3755907 - Facing error "BALDR installation log file not found" in AMC - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Using the AMC monitoring tool for SAP ASE
  • When accessing the BALDR in the Configuration section, the below error is showing in AMC.log

    ERROR 2277762 --- [nio-9090-exec-1] com.sap.ase.nanna.OlingoErrorProcessor   : Error in processing request org.apache.olingo.server.api.ODataApplicationException: BALDR installation log file not found!
