3755912 - MMPV “Check Period Only” and “Check and Close Period” Functions Obsolete After Upgrade to S/4HANA Cloud 2602

After upgrading to S/4HANA Cloud release 2602, users are no longer able to execute the following functions in transaction MMPV / Close Periods app:

• Check Period Only.
• Check and Close Period.

The system displays the message:

“Check is obsolete. Only close period operation is executed.”
