3755937 - Unable to add additional schedule lines for BOM items with main item category: TAQ

• During standard sales order creation, we are unable to manually split or add multiple schedule lines for a Bill of Materials (BOM) items.
• The schedule lines grid remains greyed out/locked for editing, preventing manual entries for split delivery dates for some item categories.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

1. Logon to the Launchpad with role SAP_BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP
2. Create a standard sales order - OR
3. Add the Bill-of-Material main item with item category TAQ
4. Navigate to the schedule lines tab
5. Addition items cannot be maintained across the BOM

A delivery group ensures that all its components are delivered together on a common delivery date. When created, items within the group cannot be delivered separately. If the ordered quantity of the main item increases, the sub-item quantities automatically increase proportionally. 
Since item category TAQ, is been setup to establish a delivery group, the subitems also belong to the same delivery group.

It is not possible to manually change or add dates to the schedule lines where delivery groups have been maintained for the items.
