3755952 - Fiori Launchpad loads blank screen and err_too_many_redirects after upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading the front-end system, the Fiori launchpad home page displays a blank screen on initial logon.
  • The browser shows the error: "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS".
  • The behavior occurs both when accessing via load balancer/web dispatcher and when accessing the system directly.
  • No authentication pop-up is displayed.
