3755974 - "You Don't have permission to access this page" when try to access onboarding task - Onboarding

When accessing onboarding tasks from home page card, the page shows: “You don't have permission to access this page".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the responsible for the task
2. Attempt to open the onboarding task home page card
3. Application error will appear.

Missing role-based permission Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions to display the Dashboard tile. Due to a security enhancement in code level, users who perform onboarding tasks must now have access to the Onboarding dashboard. Without this permission, attempting to complete a custom task result in an error.

Grant one of these permissions to make the Onboarding Dashboard tile available.

Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions:

• Show Compliance Forms Status on the Dashboard.
• Show Onboarding Tasks Status on the Dashboard.
• Show Data Collection Status on the Dashboard.
• Show Form I-9 and E-Verify Status on the Dashboard.
