3755976 - Runtime Failure in Canvas Reports with Multi-Page/Component Scheduled via Report Center to SFTP

Symptom

Scheduling of Canvas Reports with multiple pages and/or components via Report Center to SFTP is currently affected by an issue.

Scenario:

  • A Canvas Report contains:
    • Multiple pages, and/or
    • Multiple components within a page
  • The report runs successfully online and offline without errors

Observed Behavior (when scheduled via SFTP in Report Center):

  • The job fails with a “Run Time Failure”
  • Error message:
    "Job processing error... Cannot create a file when that file already exists."
  • On the SFTP location, only one file is generated, despite multiple files being expected
