What are Users in ICI?

In Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), users are individuals granted access to the system to manage contracts, perform tasks, and collaborate on contract-related activities. 
Users can be categorized into three types, each with distinct access privileges.

1. Internal Users 

• Typically employees or contractors within the organization.
• Have full access to manage contracts, master data, and administrative tasks based on their assigned roles.

 2. External Users 

• Mostly involved in signing contracts.
• Do not have visibility into agreements or access to other ICI functionalities.

 3. External Users with Login Privileges 

• Can log in to the ICI platform.
• Can create and view agreements, access master data, and manage contract-related tasks where they are part of the agreement team, though with certain restrictions.
