3756112 - Allowance benefits enrollment fields show as string instead of picklist after 1H2026

• In the latest benefits enrollment experience for allowances, an enrollment field that previously rendered as a picklist now appears as a plain string.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ;
• Global Benefits

1. Go to an employee.
2. Navigate to Benefits Overview > Benefits Available to Enroll.
3. Select an allowance-type benefit and choose Enroll.
4. Observe that a field expected to be a picklist renders as a text/string instead.

Engineering is investigating the issue.
