Symptom
- Emails sent by SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) mail server are failing with the following error:
message="Email could not be sent to <user email> with subject <email subject> Sending the email to the following server failed : email-smtp.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com:587 Caused by: 535 Authentication Credentials Invalid_ - The error can be found in the IAS Troubleshooting Logs.
