3756133 - “Error during connection attempt, most probably the connection was refused/no application is running on that port” when performing a check availability test to a backend system in Cloud Connector

Symptom

When a check availability is performed to check Backend connection in SCC the following message is perceived:

"Error during connection attempt, most probably the connection was refused/no application is running on that port"
