3756141 - ATC table attribute check does not report finding after deleting secondary index at database level (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition)

Symptom

The ATC check under "Table Attribute Check" and the subcheck "Buffering of INDX-like tables" does not produce the expected finding during negative testing, as a secondary index is deleted at the database level for a table , but no ATC findings are generated after running the check.
