3756199 - After OS upgrade, DQM RFC server will not start - DQM for SAP

Symptom

  • RFC Server Errors:
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Address_Cleanse_Suggestions.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_Batch_DQ_SAP_Name_And_Address_Match.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Address_Cleanse.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Create_Break_Keys.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Address_Cleanse_Interface_Suggestions.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Name_And_Address_Match.   
    • *** Unable to create WSDL for service: Service_Realtime_Batch_DQ_SAP_Address_Cleanse. 
  • Errors in Management Console:

    • In Real-time job history tab, received the following error: "While trying to invoke the method java.utl.list.size() of a null object loaded fromthe local variable 'showlist'".

    • In the Real-time configuration tab, receive the following error:  "The user administrator does not have any access to repository <repo>."

    • Under the Real-time service provider status:  "Service provider '<jobserver>:3500' is not found (BODI-3010007)"
