3756274 - Previous values not displayed for Associated Fields when Latest Editing and History UI is enabled – 1H 2026

Symptom

When the Latest Editing and History UI is enabled, during editing of associated fields in Job Information (e.g., Location), after a new value is selected, the previous value is displayed as blank (“-”).

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to any employee’s People Profile.
  2. Open the Job Data category.
  3. Edit Job Information.
  4. Enter an effective date.
  5. Change the Location field to a different value.
  6. Observe that the previous value is not displayed (shown as blank “-”).
