3756307 - HANA restoring always failed at the same percentage

Symptom

  1. Error while starting recovery: SAP DBTech JDBC:
    : recovery could not be completed: Error during recovery: Found service neither active nor starting for recovery
  2. The OOM killer information was in /var/log/messages
  3. The memory of the target HANA is significantly less than that of the source HANA (such as: source is 8TB, target is 4TB) 
  4. The preload_column_tables parameter is already disabled
