Symptom
When using the SAP Fiori app Manage Documented Credit Decisions (F2896), short dumps "CX_SADL_DUMP_APPL_MODEL_ERROR" displayed. or receive "No results found" messages when applying specific search or data filters (e.g., filtering by date, grouping by Business Partner, or scrolling through entries).
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the app Manage Documented Credit Decisions (F2896).
- Apply filters such as selecting Documents with Credit Block, filtering by specific dates, or sorting/grouping data.
- Attempt to scroll down or refresh to view the entries.
- The system either returns a "No results found" error or crashes with short dump CX_SADL_DUMP_APPL_MODEL_ERROR.
Cause
The issue is caused by data inconsistencies within the Documented Credit Decisions (DCD) tables.
Resolution
To resolve the data inconsistency and restore app functionality, run the standard consistency check job by following these steps:
- Open the app Schedule Credit Management Jobs (F2255).
- Create a new job using the job template Consistency Checks.
- Execute the job to find and clear the inconsistent DCD records.
Note: The consistency check will delete the unrepairable, corrupted DCD entries. For any affected sales documents whose DCDs were deleted, open the related sales document and perform a dummy change to re-trigger the credit check. This will generate a fresh, consistent Documented Credit Decision.
