Symptom

This article aims to provide an explanation about the HTTP 403 response code when using SOAP web services. When an attempt is made for a SOAP request, the call fails and returns an HTTP 403 Forbidden error instead of the expected SOAP response. Meaning the server actively refuses to fulfill the request, preventing successful communication with the web service.
