Symptom

  • An admin user was created in Sales Portal -> User Administration with an incorrect surname.
  • After deleting the user, attempting to create a new admin user with the same user ID fails.
  • The user appears to remain in the backend and cannot be recreated.
  • Error message: "User already exists".
