3756352 - Schedule line category determined as "L2" instead of "L1" in Scheduling agreement with delivery order

Symptom

System determines schedule line category "L2" automatically instead of expected "L1" and can not be changed manually. Since the category is determined as "L2" which is not delivery relevant, the scheduling agreement cannot be delivered.
