When a current-dated position is created, the position is not immediately searchable, it only appears after sometime.

3. Observe that the position does not appear in any of the above areas.

Expected. This is because Position mdf object’s “EffectiveStartDate” follows DC time zone. Because there could be a difference between the user's timezone and the DC timezone, it can take some time for the position to show up

Set position effective date to a day before today, so that the position will be searchable immediately.
