3756357 - Unreadable “Rating List” header in Trend Cards when using custom dark theme in SAP SuccessFactors

Symptom

  • “Rating List” header is difficult to read for all Trend Cards (e.g. Potential, Performance) in the detailed view.
  • Low contrast between the header text and dark background when a custom theme is applied reduces readability.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Apply a custom theme configured with a dark background.
  2. Navigate to any employee profile.
  3. Open the Performance and Goals category.
  4. Locate a trend card (e.g. Potential or Performance) and click “View All” to open the detailed view.
  5. In the detailed view, observe the “Rating List” header, which appears with black font color on a dark background and is therefore almost unreadable.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is tentatively planned for the 2H 2026 release.
