3756360 - Race condition issue when loading 'Download Document and Send Email' page

• CPQ loads for a long time and does not bring up the document/email form after generate documents.
• Users must exit the quote and re-enter to find the generated file under the documents tab.
• Error in browser console.

SAP CPQ

1. Load sample quote and click on Generate Document.
2. Observe that the page keeps loading and the document/email form does not appear.
3. Exit the quote and re-open it. Access the generated document under the documents tab.

• Bug in application.
• The behavior occurs randomly and is not persistent.
• It can be influenced by slow internet connection or CPQ slowness due to heavy customizations and complex scripts.

1. If the email form or document page keeps loading, click the browser back button, then initiate generate documents again.
2. If needed, open the quote’s documents tab to access the generated output.
3. Bug will be fixed in CPQ-2608 release.
