3756411 - SWPM installation on MS SQL Server fails and returns SSL Security error ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake())

During additional application server (AAS) installation with SWPM, the SQL Server database connection fails.

SWPM returns following error:

Error(s) returned:
SSL Security error ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()).
SOLUTION: Check that you specified the correct name for the database server, that the server is running and you are authorized to log on to it.
