Symptom
During additional application server (AAS) installation with SWPM, the SQL Server database connection fails.
SWPM returns following error:

Error: Cannot connect to hostnamSAPSRVSBX1\SANDDB
Error(s) returned:
SSL Security error ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()).
SOLUTION: Check that you specified the correct name for the database server, that the server is running and you are authorized to log on to it.
