3756418 - Attachment not created after golden tax invoice is issued in the "Create Golden Tax Documents - China" app- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The attachment is not created after an invoice is successfully issued via golden tax.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Create Golden Tax Documents - China app.
2. Issue an invoice via the golden tax connection (GTI) so that the document status is “issued”.
3. Click the attachment.
4. Observe that the attachment is not created.

After inspecting the payload sent by the third-party system to SAP, it was found that it already contained the link for attachment download, which could be opened and used to download the attachment in the browser. 

The issue occurs because the protection allowlists configuration is missing, causing the SAP system to be unbale to create attachment.

1. Open the Maintain Protection Allowlists app.
2. Maintain the host and port of the third-party system used for the golden tax integration by adding them to the allow list.
3. Save the changes.
4. Retry generating the OFD/PDF attachment for an issued invoice and confirm the file is created successfully.
